We successfully sourced and secured a property for a first-home buyer located within the Brisbane Local Government Area (LGA).
The goal was to purchase a home in Brisbane for under $750K before prices became unattainable, which would also appreciate over time to help this first-time home buyer move up the property ladder.
With rising property prices outpacing my client's savings, we acted quickly. We not only found a home for them but also secured a tenant on a 9-month lease at $750 per week, allowing our client to finish their current lease and earn rental income as a landlord before moving in.
